People are “rate locked”. They have the super low interest rate loans that were available a short time ago, they can’t afford to move because they would have to trade those low interest loans for the current high interest loans. The only homes coming on the market in my area are estate homes of elderly who have passed away.
Where will the values of all those single family homes be when (not if at this point) the people who failed their "tests" the last few years continue to drop dead to the "bafflement" of all those "experts"? Supply and demand 101. The entire house of cards that is our financial markets will collapse and it might behoove the masses if we sweep all of the "card holders" into the piles of worthless "paste-boards" and light the it all on fire and keep stoking up those flames like [THEY] have been provoking animus between us and our good neighbors.
Because nobody is selling

Another reason we need Trump back. Not that we need any more reasons
I love my 1.99% mortgage.
30y or 15y? That’s probably the lowest I’ve heard
My friend is a real estate agent, she said the market is bad because of interest rate and nobody could afford it. She is now doing rental management.
I've noticed that corporations are buying houses and immediately putting them on the rental market at bloated prices.
Yes. I noticed that also and their high rise (commercial buildings) are turning into ghost towns especially in blue cities.

"Together we (apes?) are strong"
It will certainly be interesting to watch.
