You don't cure cancer by entering ketosis either, what you do is inhibit the environment where most cancers thrive. Emphasis on most, as some cancers do not need sugar to grow or spread.

You need additional treatment for cancer, ketosis or not.

The problem is that Big Pharma's treatment for cancer is to essentially give you more cancer (radiation treatments).

If sugar were the only cause of cancer, then you wouldn't get it for being near radiation.
