Carnivore is meat and dairy only. If you love your diet and feel good no need to change what you're doing.
I found the carnivore diet works best for me. It's not for everyone as it's pretty restrictive. People who are working on weight issues or have chronic disease have found it works wonders for both.
Yes not every metabolism thrives on the same diet and if you have something that's working well for you why change and risk undoing your hard work? Consistency is important with diet just as it is in the gym, we all know people who constantly "program hop" and then never seem to make progress towards their goals.
