are you okay? this is clearly a great story.
TG8P is correct....much seed was planted. How much of it will root and grow? Christianity suffers from the experiential.
okay....but that applies to the entire faith. anyone can fall.
the divide is growing. it is becoming harder and harder to be a lukewarm Christian. and so many of our opponents are agnostic, atheist, satanist, whatever else... 51000 people opening their hearts to Jesus is excellent, regardless of whatever semantics you want to get hung up on.
It's not semantics. How do you manage the temptations of the devil? How will they? Takes a knowledge of the word of God.
It is good news but they are only being offered a small part of what God has made available.
it absolutely is semantics. you can't submit to Jesus without accepting Jesus.
I AM SURE THEY HAVE HEARD OF THE BIBLE LOL.
they have as many tools at their disposal as any other Christian. the offer is the same. you are just seeing a snapshot of their journey. all a a snapshot of a journey will inherently appear incomplete.
It is a start.
Don’t be fooled by the mainstream Christianity they are fooling others with. This is all for donations. I am a pastor. Ordained 5 years ago. I see this all the time. Billy Graham was famous for making people think they are saved only for them to be led to hell.
no, he wasn't famous for that. it may be true though, i don't know. what makes you think he led people to hell?
Repeat the prayer after me and Roman road to salvation. Repent of your sins is a false teaching. You cannot turn from sun. You turn from self and turn to Christ. It is the Holy Spirit that turns you from your sun or else it would be a work that you could brag that you did yourself.
what?? kinda sounds like you are just excusing your own lack of repentance from sin. anyways, not like he's the first Christian to say turn from sin. just because you'd phrase it differently doesn't negate the message when it is stated in other ways.
