I agree. Why have a law enforcement agency for things that are legal.

Alcohol = legal (our founders drank while founding and declaring)

Tobacco = legal (our founders smoked and grew while founding and declaring)

Firearm = Constitutional legal (our founders were armed while founding and declaring)
