That's a shit sandwich all around. Tons of good people are shitty decision makers. Essentially deputizing the public to round up (suspected) illegals and haul them in for deportation would absolutely fail on a monumental scale in too many ways to name. Hell, there are tons of shitty cops who went through a lot of good training and they still can't make good decisions.
