vit d gets generated from your body being exposed to sun (i believe mostly through the skin)
could your contacts block some vit d absorbtion? maybe but its so minimal, get it through the sun as much skin exposure as possible, preferably when the sun isnt its highest
also, infra red does help with melatonin production later in the day, and melatonin is a very very strong anti-oxidant and anti-cancer ... molecule? compound? whatever.
so no, i wouldnt worry about it. just get sun as much as you can during the off hours (where im at, before 11am and after 3pm during the summer)
