The use of "cheat" and its meaning relating to Trump is well written out. Read it carefully. Sleepydue writes about undoing to cheating by cheating.

Every game has rules. Some can be bend, others can be broken, and sometimes you can discover areas of unrestrained action. Comprehending the game is the first step.
