There is a thing, I forget what it's called, but it's a way that the US can pronounce that any or all foreign owned land reverts back to US. Anybody know what I mean? I like that idea.

The MidnightToker supplied a link to eminent domain law covered in the 5th amendment which should override the Missouri State Constitution.
