Even in Canada, as I understand it. I think there are several countries that do this.

The gist of the Governors statement is that there will be no land sold adjacent to Whiteman AFB or the Callaway County Nuclear Power facility for examples. This has happened in several northern states and Parson is determined to get ahead of it.
