I can think of a way for someone to do it with this speed. The impressive part is that "11:09" was in a picture, not just part of a normal Q timestamp. Any of us can easily search the Q site for a timestamp or post in 10 seconds or less, However I reckon they went through every single Q post and made a list of every post that has a timestamp within a picture. Now if they have a text file with this info, they just wait patiently, Trump truth's dozens of times a day. They just have to be at the computer a few mins before each timestamp on their list.

There must be 100's of Q posts like screenshots of Tweets that have timestamps in them. Once they get a hit like they did with 11:09 and they already know there's a Q post pic with that timestamp, They quickly search the number of that Q post since the info is already in front of them, copy and paste the first line, in this case "Nothing can stop what is coming." and then copy paste Trump's post, within 16 seconds, i reckon i could pull that off. And the 2616 pen image is used to impress further, but has no correlation to either Trump's truth or the NCSWIC Q post and can be used for anything.
