I'm almost in agreement with you on that. I have often said if you are a burden to society for say 5 yrs you should lose your right to vote for more freeloading (to stop people just voting for handouts) and also if you do not participate in a certain amount of local elections in a set time frame you should be removed from the rolls and required to reregister with proof of citizenship. (too many idiots voting for president and not actually being informed)
