Sounds to me like a projection of what's going to happen this year under the current president, and Jack Smith is signaling how it can/will be "legally" done. I might have to watch this year's SOTU to see if that incitement pans out.
Could "projection" be literal?
As in Project Bluebeam rolling out this year, as we may have just seen with the Miami aliens etc?
