Hmm maybe it's not as significant as one might imagine at first glance.
"Stricken from the record" doesn't indicate that the statement is to be kept secret or scrubbed from all history in some Orwellian fashion, merely that it should not be considered in any legal decision-making process (e.g. a judge's ruling). The decision should be made as if the statement had never been uttered."
You can still access the (apparently) stricken documents. e.g.
https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.447706/gov.uscourts.nysd.447706.1320.13_2.pdf
It looks like one info was posted that shouldn't have been.
"ORDER: The Clerk of the Court is directed to strike docket entries 1320-13, 1320-14, 1320-15, 1320-39, and 1320-40 in the above-captioned case because they contain personally identifiable information, the disclosure of which could threaten the safety and privacy of named individuals."
So if anyone got a hold of those original copies they potentially have something juicy.
I don’t get the Q reference. Other than the post number there isn’t any other link or reference.
Click the court document link and read the Jan 5 entry.

So the coincidence here is a court filing mistake matches a Q drop related mistake by drop number.
#1327 references Kerry and Iranian foreign minister Zarif through a Twitter post.
"That's a low blow to an old friend."
Not sure the exact significance, if any, but Iran definitely in the news the last few days.
Also violation of emoluments clause is in the news today (w/respect to Trump only, of course), but it's not a stretch to think that Kerry was violating it in 2018.
"We don't see the US as just Mr. Trump..." said Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Qassemi.
