Email is the hardest one for me to git rid of. It'll take a real investment of time to change to a different email provider and move incoming emails over there (without Google involvement).

By any chance have you played around with De-Googled OS's like Graphene OS or Calyx OS?

Yes, some older ones like CyanogenMod. The state of cell phone os's isn't exactly great, so i don't use those devices much at all.
