Why would Seth get fat again? Also its way more plausible to think that Trump has the info from Seth's laptop and is trolling again with this photo.

Fat again? He looks thinner on the right. And people's weight fluctuates. I had a friend who was fat in his teens, fit in his twenties, and fat again in his thirties. It happens.
