The Charlie Kirk post links to MJUltraTruth who has a post that says "Trump posted this video". That links to this rumble video:

I can't remember which posts, but MJUltaTruth is a name I recognize. He's popped up several times in a lot of comms (especially with Musk). I've seen that account before.

He seems to be the origin as far as I can tell at the moment.

Thanks for adding that! I’m familiar with that acct too. Video creators will often times watermark their video so that viewers will know who created it, but I’m not finding any identifying markings on this video.
