Enjoy getting the "knowingly" part. Anyone could say, "I was just following the crowd there were no closed gates, everyone was there. I could not have known it was restricted at that time. "

That's not the point. The law itself states you must "knowingly" , meaning that ignorance in this case would disqualify the charge.
