The only reason that sort of stuff gets me a bit is because of how they always used to call Bush a nazi, when it was obvious that he wasn’t doing anything remotely close to indicating he was a Nazi.
And now it seems like there’s about a 90% chance that was true.
Bush was a nightmare for the Republican legacy. The thing that Democrats claimed to dislike about him the most was starting the wars in Afghanistan and especially Iraq. The weird thing is now those same Democrats are in favor of the stupid war in Ukraine. They were never really anti-war during the Bush years, they were just spiteful that they didn’t have the White House.
