I agree. While God did say to Abraham that they would be His chosen people, so many times He became angry and allowed them to nearly be wiped out because of their disobedience and unfaithfulness to Him and their choosing to run after other gods amd idol worship of neighboring countries amd countries that held them captive when He allowed them to be scattered. So many have turned their backs in God. Because they are His chosen, He will not allow them to be completely wiped out, but He will let them come close to it, until they repent and turn to God alone.
I like what Mark Dice has said a few times already. We are God's chosen people. The Jews follow the Talmud, which says that Jesus is boiled in excrement in hell (Gitten 57a).
They weren't - we see "the remnant" from around the Roman empire receiving the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost. There's only one church, one bride and one gospel. The early "Christian" church was comprised 100% of "Jews/Israelites". It wasn't until some time later that Gentiles were added to the Church. Today the way is open to everyone - Jew and Gentile alike!.
