Clearly connected. Criminals getting pulled away from ES to be tagged and then “bagged” (later). Then sent back into new ES prisons by US when it is time for reverse flow. Criminals and cartels getting played by generating crimes to justify both future deportations AND kinetic takedown of cartels by US military.
