The thing about it is that at the top it said Presidentvarsel(President alerl).

I'm in NORWAY, we don't even HAVE a president........

Something is definitively brewing, globally......

Probably so foreigners in Norway can understand the emergency broadcast.

Most Scandinavians start learning English in the first years of school, so reading English is not considered a problem for the natives.
