The lung tissue that was "immortalized" after being extracted from a living baby is now called "HEK 293". In order to extract it, the baby needed to be alive, and the baby died after this "procedure", so it was murder.

The "293" states to me that this was done to at least 293 babies.

I think the HEK there stands for Human Embryonic Kidney, but same barbarity at work.
