True. I'm revoking the organ donor status on my driver license this month.
Organs are harvested while the victim is still alive, because at the instant of death the organs start the deterioration process. Victims are immobilized but no anaesthesia is ever given. The victim can feel everything but can't move or cry out in agony.
Honestly, how we ever got stuck in this fucked-up species....
Yes, I found that out too. Truly sadistic and barbaric way of doing things. And revoked my organ donor status as well.
