I also saw a tick tock video of a guy that calls his father live ,which is a miami cop and asks his father what the hell was going on at the mall that night ,and father says 'I cant talk about it'. GAW frowns on tick tock links so i didn't post it here

According to a Miami Herald article (sorry, no link) approximately 50 youth were shooting fireworks at each other, and the police call that went out was for all units on duty to respond... hence the Blues Brothers police car scene. That's what is being reported, anyway.
