It's not over for me. I'm still banned from moving back to my own country because my wife can't get an immigration visa for not getting the jab: https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/panel-physicians/vaccinations.html#covid-19-vaccination
Come in from Mexico. I hear you get a cell phone and a 5,000 dollar gift card.
I get that a lot. But it comes down to the actual logistics. Where are the best places to cross? How much is the cartel going to charge us? What are the odds of crossing safely without getting raped, mugged, or kidnapped? Where to fly into? Where are the caravans?
And CBP is a bunch of retards who will line up illegal immigrants and then let them loose in the country. But they seem to do a pretty good job of tracking down and deporting immigrants who are trying to apply through the process legally. So will they throw the book at us?
I've been living abroad for the last ten years. I figured I move back to the states and started a green card application for my wife three years ago. Now I'm otherwise done with the entire process. If there was no jab requirement I would have gotten an immigration visa and been back in the states several months ago.
Otherwise we have a year to send in a religious exemption to not wanting to get myocarditis. The problem is the way the law is written is that you need to have a religious reason for not wanting to take all vaccines, you can't selectively say "i don't want that one that will maime/kill me".
In the case of my wife who had other shots from a previous application, we're shit out of luck for the religious exemption and we have a few months to hope the requirement gets removed to move back to the States. Otherwise we're going to have to find another country to apply for a visa to move to.
This "vaccine" is different. It is gene therapy. There are articles that show it reverse transcribes into a person's DNA; it changes their DNA from that given by their Creator. It should NOT be considered the same as other vaccines for religious exemption purposes.
It's a false equivalency. I forked over a sum to get legal council on that exact question. They basically told me to "wait for Trump" since even if I tried suing the government, the lower courts would probably side with the government and it would only be on appeal that the constitutionality could be called in the question. And the legal battle would cost me tons of money while not really affecting anything.
The main thing I can do is keep pointing it out that the CDC is retarded and criminally negligent for continuing to mandate the COVID-19 vaccines, even after the news about 1 in 1,000 doses being lethal.
