I find it very troubling that strangers who have never met this young man are far more interested in getting justice for him than his own family.
EDIT: Guys, to be clear: I'm very aware of the possibility/likelihood that Rich's family was paid off or threatened. I just hope that if I was murdered as a result of political machinations, someone in my family would have the guts to stand up in public.
That would lead me to suspect the family was either paid off or strongly advised it would not be in their interests to pursue the matter.
They could easily have been threatened.
Fear is a great suppressor! I wonder who else was threatened if they spoke up?
Just because we don’t hear about it doesn’t mean it’s not happening.

It sounds like the FBI waited until the night of Jan 10th to let Huddleston know they had no plans of filing anything, only that they plan to file more motions for reconsideration and extensions. Sounds like they want to push this out until after the election.
"The FBI did not respond to Mr. Huddleston’s original attempt to confer about the production schedule, so his counsel followed up by email on December 7, 2023 and again January 5, 2024. Id. The FBI did not respond. Plaintiff’s Counsel sent multiple emails thereafter, including a detailed draft production schedule sent at 8:55 p.m. CST on January 9, 2024, but the FBI did not respond.
