Elective procedures have typically NOT been covered by insurance. How do they justify this??
What is the difference between this voluntary surgery, and cosmetic surgery to change one's appearance?? Just the reason for changing one's appearance??
Some one needs to sue. Class action suit. For anyone wanting any elective or cosmetic surgery for ANY reason!

I really don't understand this. Women have suffered from low self esteem over the size of their breasts for over a hundred years, but health insurance would never cover that. Why the fuck do men get tits covered???????
