It's like when minorities stand up.

White men can't seem to stand up without being piled on and the entire point being lost.

But women, minorities, the people they have worked to try to keep in their plantations, when they stand up it screws with the conditioning.

It legitimately breaks the brainwashing and makes them start resorting to racism or sexism, thereby proving to viewers -- even if it's just planting seeds -- that the peers they identify with are actually the racist and sexist people they accuse all white men of being.

It's a really funny phenomenon, although it still upsets me to see people like Clarence Thomas called an Uncle Tom.
