This may be a cover story to deflect from vax injury.
From potheads I've known, it can create a general brain degradation over time, and sometimes hallucinations, but I haven't seen it cause frantic mania.
I was a Navy recruiter 98-2001 last hurrah, In N. Minnesota no less, the only ones smart enough to qualify smoked weed, and enjoyed their job in college I say that with a grin because they still hadn't picked major, because it was just too much fun having 3 classes a week and partying the rest of the time. I took an applicant to MEPS 29 yrs. old smoked all the time, cut a 99 on the ASVAB highest possible score, humph? I interviewed an applicant who had never smoked no other problems, except couldn't get higher than an 8 on the ASVAB practice test. So just my take,
