Don't think it's intentional, they look like they are slipping through the cracks so to speak. The guardsmen are treating them differently now than they did before, shoving & tackling them even. I think they will arrest them and send them back to Mexico. Well, that's what I'm hoping for 🤞 I thought that is what the Texas NGs were told to do, isn't it?
Edit: Well, so much for wishful thinking that the NG was arresting them and sending them back, after reading further down in comments that they are handing them over to BP
