It looks incredibly shady on our part to have been complaining about Arizona being called for Biden in 2020 with less than 5% reporting to suddenly be stoked that everyone called Iowa for Trump with 2% max of the votes counted.
Optics matter. Optics matter a lot. I want him back like everyone else but it’s hypocritical to celebrate the poll shenanigans like this.
That's an election between 2 parties, this was a caucus between members of the same party.
Optics do matter. Represent them honestly and accurately without category fallacies and bad comparisons.
Nah, I agree. You can't call anything with such low vote counts. It's pointless trying to separate them.
I'm not sure about "optics matter" though, "optics" is such an over used word now.
We've been patient this long, there is no problem being patient for such a short duration while votes are tallied.
Remaining consistent is one of our biggest strengths. We should maintain that consistency.
It’s not a bad comparison.
This allows the MSM to present the primaries as evidence of MAGA “only calling for changes in voting procedures” when Trump doesn’t win.
It shouldn’t matter if it’s one party’s primary or a general election. No one should be calling delegates for anyone until all votes are counted in a safe, secure manner.
I'm monitoring it here:

I'm not the one calling it, but many places are projecting it. The MSM is acting like the important battle is for second place 🤡
No one should be calling anything at 0%.
No one should be delivering delegates to a candidate in any party with 0% of the vote counted and reported.
Just because we like Trump and just because we vote Republican does not mean proper procedures should be ignored or violated. It sets us up for what we saw in 2020.
With 34% of the expected vote tallied, Trump had 51.9% of the vote, while DeSantis was at 20.7% and Haley 19%. Trump now has 70%.
That’s fine. That’s good.
Waiting hurts no one.
Trump's number is over 70%. It is not shady.
But we are at over 34% now, not 2%.
They called Arizona for Biden at 5%. That is wrong, no matter the candidate or election.
Theyre calling it because its clear from the #s that hes gonna win. No one knows how close it will be but when you get a large enough sample and its this lopsided you know its indicative of the population.
Literally what the left argued was the reason for calling Arizona so early.
It cannot go both ways.
Yea and its not the same at all because the margin in iowa was 30% and in arizona it was less than 5%
