The vaccine was supposed to be mandatory. Operation Warp Speed allowed Trump to enable emergency use authorization.

Operation Warp Speed saved us all.

I would have preferred if POTUS said: "The virus was manmade in a Chinese Lab. The vaccine is poison." I like a direct approach.
