Did this happen when Sec Def Lloyd Austin was missing in action? Unbeknownst to the CIC faux President, he languished at the hospital with prostate issues while his 2nd in command was on vacay in Puerto Rico, drinking Tequila Sunrises and conducting business via Zoom?
