"I spoke to my lawyer and I told him what my plans are as it relates to releasing information on X about the J6 set-up and the cover-up that ensued," he wrote on X.

It is a bit deceptively written where the make it sound as if he is saying: " people illegally entered the capitol to try and prevent certification"... You do have to read carefully to see that those are not his words....

In fact I might suggest that intact the Capitol was illegally closed to the public.
