This looks like Vivek is playing the [DS]. He comes in acting like he's running against Trump. The media props him up, brings him on their shows. They let him promote MAGA on tv destroying the narrative they spent decades working on.

I noticed that too, but it may be just a camera angle and distance between them (appears like they are close to each other, but on the stage they are well apart). Vivek is just too energetic and excited to be part of MAGA. The rest is all cookie talk.
