I noticed that too, but it may be just a camera angle and distance between them (appears like they are close to each other, but on the stage they are well apart). Vivek is just too energetic and excited to be part of MAGA. The rest is all cookie talk.

I'm very anti vivek but I think your comment is most likely the case. He's just energetic and his hands go full Italian, I don't think it was intentional and was just circumstantial like you said with camera angles
