So can shit for brains use the Military to confront the National Guard in Texas ,short answer is NO. So where does that leave us in this showdown,can the DOD or the FBI confront the Texas National Guard , short answer is Legally NO.

So this may be the First in our lifetime watching the Federal Government having a showdown with it's militia's and a Sovereign State's Authority, this will definitely end up in SCOTUS.
