When we went to the moon, I was driving a '62 Chevy Biscayne Wagon with a 286 V8 and three on the tree. Sadly, this is now impossible because the technology has been lost.
I still own and drive my 1962 Impala SS that I bought new in 1962 before I enlisted. It's a great car. And yeah, they don't make them like that. My other vehicle is a 2020 Ram 1500 and I've had more problems with it in three years than I've had with my Impala in 60.
I had a 61' Chevy Biscayne with a V6 and three on the tree - and bias ply tires....it had the great big tail fins......I paid $600 for it. Wish I still had that amazing piece of technology...

It was on 8-track tapes ----- we have no way to play them now.
(I guess you could 3D print a tape player)
Never really thought about 3D printing as a way to bring back discontinued technology as nostalgia items...could be a fun business model.
