They get bought early. They come into Congress and people show them around. Give them a little taste of insider trading. Life gets easier and nobody is getting hurt if I make a little side money with a good tip or two. Get a little taste and you want more. Greed breeds more greed and soon you are hip deep in criminal activity.

Even if their blackmail isnt pedo related they get them all with financial crimes.
