I am right there with you. We bought into the brain washing that women can have it all: career, family, etc. That only works with a very cooperative spouse! I regret not being a stay at home mom, and many other decisions I made. You can’t look back, but only move forward and be thankful for the one precious life you have. Best wishes to you.
