Trump had the national mall packed for his inauguration. There were millions of witnesses.
Biden held what was essentially a private inauguration where the only witnesses that weren't half a mile away on a rooftop were his own cadre. Can anyone credible really attest that Biden was properly inaugurated?

Technically is all that matters. The Constitution requires no ceremony, by design. So I find all of this moot and banal.
True, but we do do them. And this was a military funeral, I've been part of military funerals myself. It has meaning.
