His stroke must have gave him a little common sense. He is still wanting to fund the Cabal in Ukraine so he is not all White Hat. Border security is a no brainer.

This also forces the Democrats to either admit he has brain damage, or that he's right. My guess is they'll just ignore him and make him go away if he gets too much traction.
