It specifies any other vaccines recommended by the committee. My coworker and his entire family have immigrated legally from Venezuela, and they had to all get the clot shot and every booster or be deported. If they miss one booster they will lose any chance at green cards they've been working on for 7 years now and likely be deported back to Venezuela.
medical rape is normalized. the difference - medical rape often ends in death.
I hope your coworker can get justice for being forced to get an unwanted medical procedure under duress.
Not just him. His wife, his young children, his brothers and their wives and children, his parents...all did everything the legal way and are forced to take every shot and booster, whereas illegal immigrants are not required to take any vaccines and get FAR more benefits for sneaking into our country illegally.
They should have used I-601's waiver
"They" is me and my wife in this case. And the waiver is difficult because you need to have a religious reason against ALL vaccines, not just covid-19.
I've gotten the opinions of one law firm on this, and I'm in the process of reaching out to more to get their opinions on this.
The main source of frustration is why is a religious exemption needed for something that can kill you? I've been really tempted to troll USCIS by sending in a one line waiver that says, "I love Jesus, but I'm not in a hurry to meet him any time soon".
I understand because I went through the same thing and got the waiver approved. it just took a long time and a lot of steps. They also make you pay them like a thousand bucks. Make sure you have the lawyer draft a good statement, and get all the affidavits in order. Its not like youre lying that youre sincerely held beliefs are against it. Its worth it, because I wasn't going to let them force that on anyone I care about. It cost about 1500 for the lawyer I went to. Im on the west coast in a blue area.
That's great to hear! And the cost on my side is about the same, $1,500 for an attorney to help you draft it, and $1,000 to apply for the waiver.
My main concern is that the process for the waiver is opaque. I have no idea what the criteria is for applying. And the condition that you need to have a moral belief against all vaccines.
Were you able to get the waiver based on just covid? Or is there any part in whole or in part that you could post or DM?
