When you see your state being destroyed and your citizens are in danger it wakes you up.

Um, kinda. When you see your state is in danger and the people are HIGHLY PISSED off about what’s happening on their property, in the schools and TO their society, you tend to wake up. Texans come armed, we’re not so big on making posters and marching around.
