IIRC

Bin Talal was behind the attempt to kill Mohammed Bin Salman at the MGM Grand mass shooting.

He was arrested and stripped of his title and money. He was also the one that paid for Obama's education.

Talal was the Saudi Arabian leg of the cabal that got taken out.

I don't think what Elon is doing with X / Twitter would have been a part of any plan Talal would back.
