The democrats continually violate the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th, 10th, 12th and 14th amendments. And they call us the fascists.

By the way: the NY fraud trial against Trump violates the 7th Amendment. The democrats know that. That is why they tried to push the story that Trump declined the jury trial. The law did not give him the opportunity for a jury trial. Thus unconstitutional.

18 USC 121, 122. Violation of rights under the color of law will be a big thing going forward.
