Those boats are hella expensive ! That boat traveled many miles along the coast line from Mexico and pasted several beaches before landing in lajolla , the wealthiest part of San Diego . I’ve seen the boats, they sit there and a cartel eventually jumps in and away they go, there is absoulutly no way they aren’t given a free pass . I’m on the water a lot, harbor patrol will circle you if you look like your having to much fun , there is no way they aren’t allowed !
I know there are camps here becsuse I see the white tour buses picking these military type males up with military type backpacks from their hotels and they are transported somewhere . I’ve watched in at the Crowne Plaza hotel . Thousands of them coming and going . They bring them to hotel and they are rotated out . God help us .

Exactly they get picked up in lajolla and off they go. There’s probably a training ground in Camp Pendleton for them !
