Those border patrol agents that are defying Joe Biden are smart. They don’t want to get shot or killed by the US national guard for defending people illegally coming into our country. Part of the great awakening I hope
Rogan had a guy on his show a few months back who had been with the border patrol and was telling a story about when they were watching out for a mule bringing over fentanyl. This was at the river. What was happening was there were people that had kids on their shoulders. The coyotes would come up and pull the kids off the shoulders of the parent or whomever and throw them in the river to be swept away. The border patrol agent would then be diverted to save the kid and then the drugs would cross over. These were babies in some instances. Some of the agents drowned. I am not surprised at this news at all.
I know someone who worked for Border Payrol and they said they’d put drugs into dead babies and stitch them up - the women would carry them and bring them in that way.
Later they got wise to it - so now they’ll put bags of drugs in snakes like constrictors and stitch them up and they’re alive filled with bags of coke or whatever.
they arent defying biden. according to the supreme court, impeding BP agents from getting access to the border is not a "lawful order". they are saying this expecting national guard to let them thru
ok but that is practically a religious conviction at this point not a legal argument. when they say "lawful orders" they mean according to the supreme court not us
The Supreme Court cannot allow something blatantly unconstitutional without dire consequences, and at this point this feels like an exercise to point us towards the Supreme Court and reveal what it really is:
A branch that is disproportionately putting itself over that of the other branches instead of serving as a check against them, with no recourse for blatantly defying the Constitution.
At least with Congress and the Presidency, there are checks in place and things that the population can do.
Not so with SCOTUS. Clearly this is to demonstrate that they are not the monolith they are expected to be.

This is a good point. It's not just a vote for right and wrong, but also a vote of which side they feel personally safer with.
Remember. Those agents live in Texas also.

These people are monsters.

Scotus's opinion on it is unconstitutional

Supreme court does not make laws. The orders by the governor of texas to the national guard of texas are lawful orders.
Legislative branch makes laws, not Judicial.

Excellent!
