We all know the border is out of control, and the negative impacts are many.
The Feds sued Texas for shutting down the border, and the SC said the Feds had a right. Please see the easement argument #2 below.
- Texas Governor Abbott sent a letter invoking the constitution.
- The Fed's response indicated there was a fee simple easement to provide them access to the park.

- Why is Texas doing this now, we've had 3 years of open border?
- Abbott is a WEF member.
- Why weren't the blockades set up outside the easement?
- Shelby Park is a mere 2.5 miles out of a 1,200 mile border, this doesn't stop anything.
- Abbot is now going out of town.
This doesn't smell right, and at best is a major distraction, in my humble opinion. Do your own research / thinking.
Counter argument: Texas vs. DHS is a white hat op being used to draw attention to the need for border security and to make people pick a side. 25 states have declared their support for the actions Texas has taken to secure the border. Besides, it's not just Shelby park either. Texas is constructing barriers in several places along the border, Shelby park is just the most talked about because they kicked the CBP people out. CBP union released a statement that they are in support of what Texas is doing. Burden would have to declare an insurrection in order to send in the military - how's that gunna play out in the court of public opinion. Burden is out of options to look good in any of this and will wind up just relying on court decisions that may (probably) go ignored by Texas anyway.

Abbott is wef and out of town , he didn't do dick for 3 years . The border goes on for days and is open in a lot of areas , hell they are flying them in now a days we know this . The whole 2.5 mile Shelby park is really glaring to me .. it doesn’t do dick but draw people to a condensed area ,, I don’t think it smells right either !
